Age of Mythology goes gold

Microsoft has announced that Ensemble Studio's Age of Mythology is complete and will ship to stores on October 31. Age of Mythology is Ensemble's first real-time strategy game with a 3D engine, and it also departs from the straightforward historical setting of the Age of Empires games to encompass mythological creatures and abilities. The game has three main civilizations--the Norse, the Egyptians, and the Greeks--each with several different cultures that feature different units and abilities.
