AEGF acquires Lucky Chicken

AEGF, a partnership between Abandon Entertainment and GF Capital Management & Advisors, felt like chicken today. The investment firm announced the acquiring of developer Lucky Chicken Games. The game studio will keep the Lucky Chicken name, and it will make mobile content for AEGF and will continue to produce other content for various publishers. Former Lucky Chicken CEO Jamie Ottilie will now serve as the COO of AEGF. Lucky Chicken's previous games include Underworld and NHRA Championship Drag Racing.
