Activision announces the soundtrack for Mat Hoffman's Pro BMX 2

Activision has released the track listing for the soundtrack in Mat Hoffman's Pro BMX 2, its upcoming BMX game for the Xbox, GameCube, PlayStation 2, and Game Boy Advance. The soundtrack features a wide variety of artists, including groups that are still creating music today and some that have since disbanded.

Mat Hoffman's Pro BMX 2 will be the first BMX game to include flat-ground tricks. There will be eight levels in the final version of the game, as well as a variety of gameplay modes and 10 real-world BMX stars. The list of gameplay modes includes road trip, single session, and free ride. There will also be a wealth of multiplayer modes, including half-pipe hell and treasure hunt. The Xbox version of Mat Hoffman will include an extra course and rider and the ability to rip your own soundtrack. Confirmed songs for the soundtrack include:

Mat Hoffman's Pro BMX 2 is currently scheduled for simultaneous release on the Xbox, PlayStation 2, and Game Boy Advance in August, and the GameCube version will follow in September. We'll have more information when it's made available.
