A Look at FFV's Rendered Opening
Square's plans to rerelease Final Fantasy V on the PlayStation in Japan means an all-new rendered intro sequence. Screens inside.
Last week, GameSpot News reported that Square was busy working on a PlayStation release of Final Fantasy V on the PlayStation. Now, we have a look at the rendered opening to the game.
The four screenshots here represent the game's brand-new intro sequence. Other than that, the game looks identical to its Super Famicom (Super NES) counterpart, which was never released in the US.
The game goes on sale later this spring in Japan, although no date has been set at this time.
