Activision today announced it has released the Call of Duty Deluxe Edition Box Set for the PC. The bundle includes the Call of Duty: Game of the Year edition, the Call of Duty: United Offensive expansion pack, the Call of Duty soundtrack, and the game's strategy guide.

The original Call of Duty was released on the PC in late 2003, and was well-received. In the game, players relived some of WWII's most epic battles from a first-person perspective. The game was developed by Infinity Ward, which is currently working on Call of Duty 2, scheduled for release this August.

The Call of Duty: Game of the Year edition features all of the game's updates, including multiplayer maps and modes not featured in the original retail version. This edition also has a mapmaking toolkit, as well as improvements to the games multiplayer element.

Call of Duty: United Offensive adds three new campaigns, including the Battle of the Bulge. The expansion, developed by Gray Matter Interactive Studios, also includes new multiplayer maps and modes and vehicle-based combat.

The Call of Duty Deluxe Edition Box Set is rated "T" for Teen and sells for $39.99. For more information on its contents, check out GameSpot's full reviews of the original Call of Duty and Call of Duty: United Offensive.
