LucasArts Entertainment has launched a new Web site for Jedi Outcast: Jedi Knight II, its upcoming action game set in the Star Wars universe. The new site features a general overview of the game, including information on the game's characters, weapons, and Jedi powers; answers to frequently asked questions; galleries of screenshots, concept art, and character models; and downloadable wallpaper images.

Jedi Knight II, which is powered by the Quake III engine, will let players assume the role of Jedi knight Kyle Katarn and battle the forces of the Empire. The game is in development at Raven Software, and it is scheduled for release in March.

We've posted the new screenshots in the gallery above. For more information, take a look at our previous coverage of the game and visit the new official Jedi Knight II Web site.
