Army Men: Sarge's War

Although it's not the worst of the series, there's not much to expect from this empty game.

I will admit, after the line of terrible Army Men games on the PS, N64 and all the way up until the current systems, the series has made a huge jump forward. Sadly, when you're talking about the Army Men series, the huge jump goes from terrible to bad. The game is still lackluster.

The story's pointless, so it's not worth mentioning. The gameplay is a poorly set-up third-person-shooter style, which enable you to see half of your screen. AI is ungodly stupid (I.Q. being roughly none), and levels are dull and very similar along with your missions. Multiplayer is boring too, and I don't know why you would play this when you could pick up a copy of "Halo." Controls have improved greatly, but are still somewhat shotty and off balanced. Unlike the earlier games in which the gameplay leaves you angry, this time it leaves you bored.

Overall, Sarge's War leaves you empty and makes you question why the series was ever brought back.
