I'd like to start this with saying I had no clue this was going to be on the PSN and for only $15 it's a great surprise. I'm sure some AC fans will wonder if the game play is any different here but it isn't which is good cause AC games have a solid style. The Arena are just as fun as always and like me you'll be doing one after the next soon forgetting your even on a portable version.

Graphics: Intro is a strong start and will get you pumped for some AC destruction as you start the game. The playing graphics are an even par as they did a great job on the detail on each part with the painting/emblem customization along side. No lag issues when loading a lot of fire in a room, I will note I'm playing on a PSPGO so it may have a faster loading time being internal Mem. Course convoy trucks move like stiff blocks of pixels but if you've played any other AC game that's a norm lol. I rate this a 4/5

Story: Well yet again if you've played an AC games then you pretty much know the basic story here. Your a Raven you take on missions from company's ect. ect. but there is a bit of a story here all in all. The Controller rules everyone's lives and ppl get tired of it and then guess who helps take him down nuff said. I rate this a 3/5

Interface: The interface is no different from any other AC you have you Garage that hold up to 5 AC's at once. In there you have your Shop/Paint/Naming/Cockpit and AC test everything you need to be on top. Mission which house anything that's available at the time, some missions you can hire help for and some auto come with help. Mail and Arena are there with System to change anything mainly controls which is my next item to bring up. I rate this a 4/5...for consistency.

Controls: Ah yes a big thought of mine was how are you going to fire 4 weapons, boots/jump, Aim, move oh and win the match at the same time? Well this game in my thought isn't really posed to fire 2 back units or 2 arm units at once but don't worry no problem here let me run you through this. My controls are: Movement = Analog, Aiming = Triangle/Circle/X/Square, Right Arm = R, Boost/jump = L This give you easy controls to Fire and boost simultaneously with easy. Then I used the D-pad for the rest: Left Arm = UP, Extension = RIGHT, Change Unit = DOWN, OB/EO = LEFT. I hope this helps anyone have problems but of course use whatever is best for you, this just works great for me. If you want to use 2 back weapons at once then your screwed cause it wont allow it unless you buy a duel unit back weapon. The only items to buy in the shop for your Left Arm is shields and swords so as you can see they kinda pushed toward a one fire button system. I rate this a 5/5....for only having 10 buttons and 1 analog they did great!

Overall I gave this a 10! cause after playing this for 10 min I forgot I was even playing a portable version. My hands never cramped up once, and even though I haven't beat this game yet I'm close and have put 30+ hours in since Friday! If you at all like Armored Core games get this you'll love it and since it's on my GO I'm able to play it at work and it will only take up 324MB. Well I hope you enjoyed this never wrote a review but had to after seeing no one has. SEE YEAH I'm off to get back to Armored Core 3 Portable!
