A&D is a short, but fun shoot 'em up, yuk it up game that is well worth playing. The only question should be if you want to pay full price to play a game that really good "shooter players" can finish in a week. Experienced, upper-level players can probably rent the game for a week and finish it. The sense of humor in this game is awesome, even if you don't like Monty Python or are too young to know who they are. The cut scenes alone are worth the price of the game. The graphics are a little dull; but really give me a well-thought out, fun and short game over a long, pretty, mediocre game anyday. I found myself looking forward to playing this game when I wasn't playing it, and didn't mind replaying sections when I got killed and had to restart. The AI is pretty good, as more often than not you have to design a strategy to defeat your enemies, rather than just hope that you're lucky enough to get through to the next save point. While not as pretty, and not as beloved by the critics as a game like Prince of Persia (a pretty game with little AI), A&D is ultimately a much more enjoyable gaming experience.
