This game had a wonderful premise, your a character in a race trying to save their planets and kill anyone who gets close. Too bad it gets really repetitive, really fast.
Graphics- The graphics are pretty good, I must admit, but seeing the same things over and over does get tedious.
Sound- Pretty good for the first few times you meet the enemies, but these, just like the graphics, get old and then get annyoing. Could have used more types of enemies, or more types of sounds.
Playability/Replayability- With the type of ship you upgrade to dependant on what you do and use, this game has a pretty good playability. Also you may buy upgrades at upgrade stations dispursed along the game. This also adds to the playabilty and replayability.
But because of the weak amounts of enemies and the fact you find yourself doing the same thing over and over, I have to give this game a lower score than I would have liked. If they would ever make an Armada 2, with more types of playable races, and more enemies, I would be the first to try it out. I really liked this game, but it did get annoying, sadly.

Armada could be said to be 2 parts Asteroids & 1 part Populous. Unfortunately, it's not quite the sum of its parts.
