If you watch Arena Football, like me, then the rules are not hard to get used to. But newcomers to the league will have trouble adjusting from madden. The gameplay is unrealistic, with bone-crushing hits that people just walk up from, completely unharmed. The graphics are sub-par, with players too big for this small field, even with only 8 per side. The lack of announcers is disappointing, but the PA guy gets the job done. It is not worth the 30 dollar buying price, but renting it will keep you entertained for a week. So, a decent start to a series with a lot of potential.
