madden with boards except madden is better.the on field vocals are just lame,the gameplay is simplistic(which isn't a bad thing),to me it just seemed hollow,it is not even worth a rent.Some things were kind of cool though like create a team but you can find that in madden 06,Something also i've always had a problem with football games is that when you play a season and you play 5 minute quarters than i feel the rest of the league should play 5 minute quarters not 12,i've noticed in the pass attempt stats that my quarterback would have 18 attempts in a game while the rest of the league would have about 50 pass attempts in a game thats how i know that the rest of the league is playing 12 minute quarters,i know it sounds petty but i like my sports games as real as possible,i wish they would do the same as the ea sports hockey games,anyways its just not this game but all the football games.
