This game is definitely not for everyone. I highly recommend trying the demo. It is long enough that it will show you how deep the game gets. If you enjoyed the qualities of 2D exploration/adventure games like the side scrolling Metroids or the second and GBA/DS Castilvanian games you will appreciate this game. The graphics are beautiful (I can't overstate that). They are are not 3D, but that is not always the best. The game uses it's visuals to draw in the player well. I really like this game all around so I will spend the rest of this review on the weak points since most are are looking for the faults in any review. The controls area actually really sharp, but they take a little time to get accustomed to. Learning the speed burst timing is the biggest hurdle. The singing system is great, but it takes a little time to do quickly. I have been loving the game and recommend it to anyone not obsessed with 3D visuals and likes a good exploration game. Like I said, the demo sums up the overall feel pretty well. I got the full version and don't regret it all. Check it out.
