Great customization features muddeled by a terrible combat.
-Amazing Customization for your character, you can customize every inch of your car, or characters body and clothes.
Cons: -Terrible vehicle controls, almost impossible to drive.
-Really hard to gain prestige as a Enforcer, considering how the retarded citizens jump infront of your car making you loose points.
-No damage based location, head shots do the same damage as say shooting someone in the foot.
-Boring mission design, go here, kill that, deliver this.
-Terrible match making system. Was once selected to fight six high ranking Enforcers, by myself.
-As if no location based damage was'nt enough, higher rank guns are overpowered as hell. Level 6 hand gun does more damage than the Level 1 sniper rifle.
Overview:
Although the character customization is amazing, the combat just isnt there; and to make it worse the Matchmaking is horrendus, often pitting you against multipule enemies by yourself. How are you supposed to defend four assests at once?
Definetly avoid unless you want to get destroyed by higher ranking people.
