This game is outstanding in so many ways; perfect game to play when it's a cloudy day or to have an escape from reality.

User Rating: 9.5 | Animal Crossing GC
Why this game deserves the magnificent 9.5:
This game could also be called The Wonderful World of Animal Crossing, for quite literally it is like another world, with day-to-day changes that coinside on an actual date and time. The game has just enough reality-elements, but also enough "unrealistic" elements to make this game seem real in many ways but also seem like it's part of a Disney movie or a fairy tale. What makes this game so fun is that you are in so much control (in real life this is often hard to have :P). You can do whatever you want to your house, be a slob or be an OCD driven lad, you can spend a whole day on leisure; fishing, talking with neighbors', running tasks, buying items for your house, participating in special events, or just walking around picking fruit off the trees. In a big sense, this game is very hard to describe because you need to actually play it to give it your opinion.
If you like games that basically give you another "reality" or an escape that is in many ways like life (money/mortgages, selling/trading items with neighbors), yet is also very relaxing (fishing, running tasks, tweeking your house), this is a great game to either rent or own.

Pros:
+An "escape" from reality where animals live in your town, not stuckup teenagers, although there are many different kind of personalities.
+Fun, immersive/addictive gameplay that might not be action-packed but is fun because of its' relaxed, yet sometimes hyped style.
+Gives you a sense of creating, being responsible from something that you don't often get in other games.

Cons:
-After a long while, it might start to get a little boring because the routines become somewhat monotonous.
-If you arent a right-brainer that likes creative, somewhat subdued games in comparison to games that involve actual fighting or adventure, you might not like Animal Crossing's style.
-The animals phrases/speech gets a bit repetitive and it removes a little from the overall diverse aspect of the game.
