Okay. So I know this game doesn't have a release date at all for any country; Japan is usually the first to get games from Nintendo and I'm so desperate I'm thinking of importing a Japanese 3DS and importing the Japanese version of Animal Crossing.

But I'm worried that I won't be able to change the language settings to English which would kill the game for me. (Obviously.)

I'm definitely not importing it if it's only a month before us though. Decisions, decisions. D:

I would wait. Seriously. We don't even know when they're going to even state a release date. With that being said the AC's have either been released first in America, or within a month of each other from Japan. Wait at least until they set a release date. If it'll be a while until the U.S. gets it then order it from Japan.

Yeah I don't think the English version will get it that far behind from Japan. And if you did you'd probably regret it once the English version comes out and you realise it would of been worth the wait.

I would wait.The english one might take a long time to come out but,you wouldn't be able to understand the japanese one.
