This game is a significant step up from the GameCube version, though it mostly follows the same structure. It is hard to explain what makes Animal Crossing games so great, but they are simply loads of fun and a game that you can play for a long, long time and not get tired of. Wild Word is the best Animal Crossing, and also one of the best DS games.
