1 Like I hate how opinions of games have only come down to graphics. Who cares if the graphics aren't top notch? If the game-play is tight and the story is alright, then that's a good game in my book.

Huh, I seem to have a few slightly different feels about this game, but that's ok. Overall, I think it did well to tackle the simple and fluent combat action and the lesser, insensitive storyline.
In a rare exception, I didn't have any trouble with multiplayer, but that's because there are so many modes that you can get a feel for that combat in team modes before going to more skillful levels. Not blaming the reviewer for not doing so, as you shouldn't be coerced in following a given path, just saying that this method, for me, went swimmingly and that made me have a blast with the tons of content this game offers online for a small price.
My guess is this didn't get a 9 because they're too busy with Kojima-san whipping them into shape on 'Revengeance', Go Metal Gear!
I don't know if it's just the video but this game looks terribly grainy, it honestly looks like something from PS2 but if I wanted a PS2 brawler I'd get DW5, at least that game was fun and had some variety....
1 Like The way Japanese devs consistently portray black people, is just offensive. Good thing gamers don't care about racial subtext. If this was the movie industry, it would start a riot. (check 1:37 to see an example what I mean)

"Anarchy Reigns" was released on PS3 & Xbox 360 in Japan as "Max Anarchy" in July of 2012.
PS3 & 360 owners in the U.S and Europe are supposed to get "Anarchy Reigns" in March of 2013.
So, i wonder which version of the game was played for this particular review?
@GAME-QUEST-EX The game is out now, the release date was pushed to January. These are localized review copies.

Wasn't this game supposed to have 4 playable characters?
I have no interest in this whatsoever.
Does the combat look great? Really!? Fluency of a dmc or bayonetta...nope.
hard hitting beautiful awesomeness of a ninja gaiden? nope. no, not at all.
Sorry, maybe i'm missing something, but to me the game just looks a mess and waste of time.
Environments all seem to have very low texture quality =/
Still, looks pretty fun.
Never got to play MadWorld on the Wii, but I enjoyed both Bayonetta and Vanquish (2 of PlatinumGames other games)
As much as I would like to try it for the multiplayer, I get the feeling it will be dead in a month or two.
Another main character voiced by Steven Blum...hum. Is there no one else in voice acting?
