They write something about first modern day spy game. But then, what about Metal Gear Solid??? anyways, looks real good.

I think it's looking pretty cool so far. I really can't agree that it looks like Mass Effect, though. At all. Besides, Mass Effect's game mechanics didn't really include anything that hadn't been done many times before...just look at older games like System Shock and Deus Ex...

I was wondering how they were gonna do the whole rpg aspect in this but now i c its just like in oblivion how u have to use the skills to upgrade them! yay!

This looks really Awesome! I can't wait. Think they'll make a demo on PSN? I like to be able to try the game first.

I'm not sure where you people are coming from who say that this looks run-of-the-mill. What other modern-day spy RPGs are you comparing it to? There aren't any! This looks like it has the hallmark of great games - the type of play is dictated by the story, not the other way around. Is it an FPS? An RPG? A platformer? An adventure puzzle game? Yes, yes, yes, and yes! It's whatever it needs to be to tell the tale and immerse you in the experience. It's been quite a while since I've seen that. This makes it look very promising. The graphics look awesome as well. I don't know if some of you want it to require dual 4870X2 cards to run at 15fps or what. And then you'd b***h that it was all eye-candy and no gameplay! ;-)

Splinter Cell is about as far as you can come from an RPG. Looks interesting. Graphics aren't breathtaking, but I hope that means they're aiming for gameplay instead of visuals.

"first modern day spy rpg" ... what was splinter cell? i dont recall it being that far into the future .. it wasnt exactly RPG in traditional sense, but it was a great series (leaving double agent out of the mix)

Looks rather run-of-the-mill, but it's to early to really say. None-the-less, I wish them all the best. I'll weigh in later, when it's closer to being released.

I'll pass, doesn't appeal from what I've seen here. I like the idea of a Spy-RPG though, but everything seen here looks very standard gameplay affair to me, pity.

There are probably a ton of bugs they have to work out seeing as this is far from the store release dates. I myself think the concept looks and sounds sick and hope it turns out awesome

@Alex_09 I have sound, it's the video that won't display. For me this has been happening with GS for several months now and the problem appears to be with them.

It looks like this game will try everything splinter cell should have done, but won't do any of the good things splinter cell did. I mean, the movements look kind of choppy if you ask me, and the characters seem very cliche. And I know I know, everything is cliche, but it seems this game doesn't have any interesting characters, from what I have seen so far.

I really hope this turns out to be good. Looks like a lot of fun.

I've been tracking this game since last year and it looks better and better but the animations and hit detection look a little out of whack.
