good intentions lead the way to hell...

I guess nobody will say no to a good Horror game... the games of this genere are always welcome. most gamers, have a comfortable sansation, when remember of Resident Evil, Silent Hill or Penumbra... So nearly same expectations I had when I got Alone in the Dark...
Once, started, I found this game pretty intresting and well though, but, unfortunatelly this feeling didn`t last for long. here I will tell you why:
1. Controls: hard to configure, some functions can not be customizaed (at least it din`t work to me). thus, it makes this game hard to play, and starts annping you just from the beginning.
2. Inventory... hehehehehe. few times inventory deserves to be mentioned... Alone in The Darks offer very curious and "fashionable" way to manage you stuff: opening the flaps of the character`s coat... it was fun, for first 5 minutes, then it became a real headache... At the hardest and least convenient moments of the game, the player has good chanses to get confused with inventory, pick wrong item and etc... after a couple of hours I hated it....
3. Gameplay. becomes annoying in an hour, when the character reaches the park, more or less. being chased by damn creatures.... I guess it this moment this game looses it sense, becoming somekind of adaptation from a cheap platform game.

the only good thing I could say about this game, is about its graphics, which are pretty good, but unfortunatelly, this fact, does nnot save this game from being a complete disaster...
