Wait until you are in the house. Go to the kitchen. Take the frying pan. Take the poison that is next to the dumb waiter, and the other poison on the counter. Create poisoned wine. Drink the wine. Hold the [Enter] until the "Inventory And Actions" list appears again. Your hit points should be lower than -1000. Repeat this process until your hit points are out of the negative range. You should have approximately 32,000 hit points. Use the frying pan to make sure that you stay sober

When you first start the game, kill the guy lying on the ground and take his Thompson, clip, and vile. Keep going straight until you come to two guys with guns near the statue. kill them and go past the statue until you come to the house. Be careful, there is a guy on the right hand side of the house near the gate. (the one behind the gate can't hurt you) Kill him if you want to. Then go left to the other side of the house, and you will see a mark on the ground around the corner of the house near the bushes. Walk on the mark into the corner of the bushes, and you will magically get picked up into the air skipping past alot of the game.

After getting the sword stick, equip it, then attack the wall you want to go through while holding A + UP. If done correctly you should push your way through the wall. It might not work your first try.
