No way this game is a 5.5, that's pretty ridiculous! Perhaps someone pee'd in their cornflakes that day, who knows lol. Anyhow, AVP 2010, really good game, I've played as all 3 (marine, predator and alien), and the easiest to play, definately the predator, not a challenge at all, his weapons leave him nearly invincible against his enemies and even a person of average skill shouldn't have any problems playing as a predator, no doubt the reason predators are so popular (based on what I've heard) online. Lots of talk/videos of people online spamming their plasma and discs, so on, predator definately the 'easy way out', but very fun to play- I only play single player. Predator's controls well laid out and easy to adapt to and customizable, though I felt no need to. Predator's melee doesn't feel as satisfying, feels under-powered and slow (strong melee attack). Marine- 'mostly' will just be aliens (don't want to spoil anything else), not much in the way of the predator to square off with, when you enter different chapters or levels in the game, your weapons often change, which sucks when you're loving your shotgun lol; I don't mind limiting the weapons to 3 at one time, but I'd like it better if it was the 3 of my choosing. The Alien, not exactly easy to control, would no doubt be more fun to play as if controling it were easier. I'd get a bit dizzy too. I had to stop part way through the Alien storyline because of the dizziness. That's definately something to consider, but shouldn't be a deal breaker because the other two are easily controlled and no problem at all to play. You have replay value because you can play as the 3 different character types, storyline varies somewhat with each, audio is what you'd expect, all the original alien sounds, gunfire sounds, feels just right, graphics are great with the DX11 and nothing too bad with the DX9, dlc has been released and PC has been patched (but no patches for consoles according to news I read via Steam). It's only $9.99 on Steam right now. Sp/Mp campaigns for game and dlc.
