Aliens Colonial Marines Pre-order Trailer

I have watched every trailer for this game more than once.  I am a rabid fan of the movies that owns the special editions and several, several-hundred dollar Aliens statues.  I have pre-odered and completely paid for the game already.  What I don't understand... is how the F**K anyone can complain about Gearbox bringing something awesome to the fans of the series.  First of all, Gearbox usually attempts to not release garbage with their name attached to it.  Second is for those bitching about graphics, go back to your PC.  The game looks great for consoles and includes the dark and gritty nature of the films that I have come to look forward to.  And lastly, are people really whining about the game modes? I'm in this to find out how the hell the damn colony is there after Ripley blew it all to kingdom come.  Multiplayer is a bonus and co-op is definitely appealing.  I don't give a crap about linearity as long as all the plot points all add up and I can turn the game off feeling like I just experienced what "awesome" is. Looking forward to the release, finally.  Good luck to all the non-haters.

Graphics look horrible. Hope the gameplay is better. I had high hopes for this one.

I am seriously looking forward to this title - Its been a long wait but worth it I am sure. I hope it holds my interest however, because every time I buy a new game I end up playing counter strike again LOL

I all ready have this CE pre-ordered and connot wait to play it.

Preorder now ? Why ? To get reskins of existing characters with a name from the movie IP and a flamethrower as "exclusive" content ? Hell no.

I postorder in a year in a sale, when I saw how this game actually turned out, how it plays, what reviews it received, what the fans are thinking, when it's patched and contains all that "exclusive" preorder content in the complete edition.

But only if it's actually good, has replayability value, perhaps even modding support and especially does not contain DRM, does not require yet another account registration and is playable completely offline.

If it turns out like it was showcased in the prerelease videos so far, then I have absolutely no interest in this though.

Why are there no women characters? That's so strange. The entire franchise have had lead and very strong female characters! 

I still don't understand why GBX didn't put Apone in his combat gear, and that is NOT Ripley's flame thrower. I'm really irritated the Aliens are *yet again* too small. Can't anyone get their size right? It's a crime GBX made them gallop like antelope, too. "Authenticity". *face palm*
