The long wait for this in a lot of ways is a good thing, because it gives them a chance to make it more and more impressive.

wooo, the game looks really horror, sounds like resident evil, free environment like GTA, and 3rd person shotter like MAX Payne, puzzle like gigsaw, cool graphics, so no dobt to say that this the next generation game, hope release soon, ....

I love how in the (how many years has it been?) since this game was announced as one of the founding games for the next gen systems, it still doesn't give me the slightest idea of what the plot is or what the gameplay is gonna be like.

You're absolutely correct. As far as I'm concerned, maybe this game will come out the day before the new next gens are released. I remember seeing the amazing graphical quality of the first screens which made me ecstatic for the PS3 and 360 to come out...all those years ago.
