A truly scary game and very fum
throughout the story you are mostly alone in dark areas (mostly the forest) and that might sound boring but Alan Wake really makes it work, and it really gets you excited when you actually reach a safe place with light or a populated area.
the graphics for me are an 8.0, they are good but since you are in the dark 90% of the game the graphics don't really stand out, also the lighting in the game especially the flashlights were hurting my eyes, for some reason it was too bright! i don't know if its me or the fact that i have a new LED TV which im not use to yet, i had to play with the lights on... maybe im photosensitive or something.
Probably the only downer is that its really short, about 6-8 hours long, but the same thing can be said about 80% of all games released now. i also heard that it was in production for 8 years or something like that, not sure how thats possible for such a short game.
