A lot of great ideas and components, but hamstrung by catering to a childish community

Graphics: very good for an MMO
Customizability: very good character creation, lots of different armor sets available (which can be "skinned" to apply the look to other pieces). Dyes available to change color of gear as expected of NC Soft.
PVP: typical MMO button mashing. The win will always go to the character with better gear. The downside to get PVP gear you need to play 20 hours per day 7 days per week.
Community: Aweful! Very childish. The all chat is the worst I have ever seen in an MMO. A large part of the game is based on factional co-operation. Unfortunately, this community appears to be made up of 14 year olds on crack. Also noteworthy: The game is packed with spies and griefers. literally the instant that you attempt to organize anything, the information you share finds its way to the opposing faction. Some go so far as to brag about how they spoiled their own faction's plans by giving it to their friends in the other faction.
Other Plus: You have wings and you fly (in certain areas). Very innovative and fun. Adds a lot to the game.

Conclusion: As there is REALLY nothing else out there right now, this is an acceptable game to play with your friends while waiting on the next big thing...SWTOR maybe?
