- "Worth playing"
Well to start things off, my personal opinion of the game is that it's immersive, fun, has good community and is all you ever really need in an MMORPG. If the start of this review isn't enough for you then read more if you're still undecided, :) ...
I don't want to bore you with my own opinion on why this game is cool to play, and why you should play it and why if you don't play this you're a total NOOB! So I'm just going to keep things simple so that you can decide yourself if you want to play.
First off, you have the choice of an impressive 6 characters to play: Warrior, Crusader, Sniper, Dual Gunner, Mage and my personal favourite the Cleric! :D
There is a customization element when you first start your new character. Although there is a specific gender class issue that I know some hardcore players might find as a HUGE fault, personally, it's never bothered me. Besides, this game is pretty brand new, so you never know, they might have gender choosing implemented sooner then you think!
I think you unlock two or three more characters as you gain a higher level which is pretty cool.
The graphics are pretty awesome, Very nice I must say. Awesome environments to go with it too! It surprises me what's there when you least expect it, i.e. huge rocks floating in the sky in a spiral pattern, tornadoes dotted around the map and all sorts of other things to see.
The music is awesome and really makes me like this game. Withought some good music and sound effects in an MMO like this it's hard to get me motivated to play. But this game has some awesome soundtracks and really sets the theme of the game. Kinda reminds me of Sword of The New World (if anyone's tried that game, you'll understand what I mean.)
I suppose the main attraction of this game is it's PVP element. Don't you hardcore PVE players worry, it's still an awesome game if you want to solo level or get a small group to party up and do dungeon raids (which is pretty fun). In PVP you can have epic fights of up to a thousand players! A thousand! Pretty impressive I must say!
The game is has a cash shop included. But don't worry, this isn't the type of game that is Cash Shop Items dependent, you can still enjoy the game to it's fullest withought the stuff you can get from the cash shop.
The game has plenty of quests to do which give plenty of that ever useful EXP, plus, some decent rewards too! The only downside really is that while there are plenty of quests to do, the solo leveling is slightly too slow for my liking. But brush that aside and you have a pretty awesome game!
Lastly the community is just great! There is always a GM online who are ever helpful and sociable, just the other day they were having a joking session with other players! (Very, VERY amusing some of the stuff they came up with, you learn something new everyday with this game ;) )
So anyways, check it out! If you don't like the game then that's fine, but if you do then I'll see you in game! My name's RedWinter, just if you wanted to know :)
