This has been a great experience so far. The story pulls you in immediately and creates a lavish world to get lost in. When a publisher releases a game like this, they need to be praised. First of all, it works, which is more than can be said for many games. Even Rome 2 crashes on launch on my machine. Secondly, I paid $39 for my game. I don't want to be harassed to make in-game purchases. The game is true to its roots. It plays off its success and rewards veterans with more of what we love. It doesn't try to add lots of fancy bells and whistles like in game chat and "play with a friend!" that no one asked for. It just lets you drift into a fantasy world without interruption, exactly how a game should.
