A huge lost
What is more interesting then play-game that let you experience how to be a captain of a ship, or a pirates, in real detail on shipping combat, trade, fighting storm, capturing ship, romantic background of char and storyline (its realy an exact color for this clasical era : romantic) recruit crew and tons of many more? This game try to implemented of any of the gamers wish and hope.
Eventhough some of the player found the boarding fight and also the sword are quite lame, but i found it interesting and fun, it have several type of attack and defend, one type of attack are weak to spessific type of attack and defend, wich is provide us somekind of strategy and experience quite fun dueling tactic (not just clicking your left mouse rapidly).
I also like the part of surviving the storm, it gift the taste of reality in this game, and gaining exp from it give another way to gaining exp instead of fighting and finishing quest, and its logicaly fit.
The Bad part.
As an idea, this game can be rate to 10, but the way they implement the idea are making this game so worse. The ship are running like a turtle, they are very slow. And for bizare reason, the gunners are very hardly to fire the gun, they only fire it once when it reload from the start and after that, they can do the reloading for ages, sometimes u can wait for 15 min to fire another gun seriously, and i think its kind a buggy and kill all the pleasure and fun in the game also not to mention the reality of the game itself. Event the wrost amature, dont load the gun that long. So in all my shipfight, i only beat my enemy on boarding, i can only shot 1 pack of grapes, then the rest i just try to get as close as possible to board my man into enemy ship. And the chasing is far from chalanging and enjoyable, its more like stupid, annoying and a real waste of time.
There also another bugs (this game have million bugs). On leveling, u can add your point to the tactical skill, each 2 of them let u to caputring an enemy ship and let your unassign officer to take over the ship. And i have 7 point on tactical point and the option "capture" enemy ship are went blank unable to click eventhough i have an unassign officer ready to take over the lead on that ship, but sometimes the "capture" button are able to be click. This is such annoying bugs that ruin all of your mood and tolarance to play this buggy game.
And the game are oftenly "hang" your computer and push u to shut down your computer by force (i never experince it on other game beside of this, in this game it become a routine, each time i play this game i can shutdown and turn on my computer for 3-4 time) and the ctrl+alt+del or alt+tab cant fix the problem. This bugs, put a material risk on your computer, that can damage your hardware, especialy your hardisk.
