The definitive 2D RTS.

Spending large amounts of time playing it ten years ago, and spending large amounts of time playing it now. A classic.

Old, but like new!

This is still the Greatest RTS I've ever played. I've tried starcraft, dawn of war, company of heroes, Total War..

Immersive, addictive, and simply brilliant.

Still the King after all these years.

Legendary, amazing, and will never get old.

This game rocks and you should get this game although it is old but it is sweet and awesome that's my word.

Age of Empires 2 improves on the original and will appeal to hardcore and casual RTS gamers alike.

This is an amazing, a superb Historical game, the 4th Greatest RTS of all-time.

This game may be "old school" but that does not detract from the immense gameplay.

This is "the" old-school real-time strategy game.

Awesome real-time-strategy game with plenty of units and civilazations.

It's more of a challenge of endurance to the fun towards the good game mechanics.

The best strategy game of all time...!

The original is better

The Age of Kings is a vastly better game than the original, but the difficulty seemed to hold it back for me.

A great game, repairing the flaws of AOE I and still keeping the best of the original.
