A title that noone knew about, and i believe is done by a ambitious indie developer. At first glance, the game seems to be very polished and it looks like one of the bigger budget games "A"title or at least the price of $30 was but after playing through an hour of the game, the cracks start to reveal.

Graphics, the game looks amazing for indie titles utilizing some of the latest UE3.0. Highly detailed models and textures. Although i had to complain about the stage loading, which is happens a lot and certain segments are too short before loading the next stage. (for those who do not know, the loading of the next stage happens in the scanner room). The cutscenes and lipsync are not to sync and the animation are poorly done with weird physic issues like any games from UE2.5.

Sound in the other hand, are quite good. Footsteps, metal pipes, steam and the impact of hammer on the environments feels right. However the voice acting are very poorly timed and it is not to sync with character's lips. Conversation lines that doesnt really match and i believed the game conversation lines- isnt english by default.

About an hour in to the game, you will be forced into the fight of survival. This where the weakest part of the game.
- bad hit detection
- bad animation
- lackluster combat system (melee weapons = slash and block, pistols = shoot) melee weapons dont degrade or break
- bad AI (creatures just rush towards you and sometimes bunch up in tight corridors - very typical zombie ai)
- generic enemies (lunatics, mutated guards, regular guards that are armed with guns)
-some sanity concepts that doesnt work or add any influence to the gameplay
-very mediocre puzzles and level design

Pros:
-length gameplay 8-10hrs
-good visuals
-very interesting story and twist.

Summary, this game is a pass especially with a price tag of $30. The game did nothing new worth mentioning about or anything spectacular in the game mechanics. Its a very generic survival horror game with an interesting plot and twist in the end with a very good cliffhanger.
