though very hard, this game has proved quite well.

Dino riki. one of the first games i ever owned. ofcourse since this was 1999, the games were pretty cheat. this game isnt to bad, though it can be hard and fustrating

the good
- its addicting
- they did a good job on enemy and character sprites
- it can be very fun

the bad
- can be very hard
- some slippy controls can make the game very fustrating at times
-the levels can start to repeat themselves( like dejavu, exept with different backrounds)
- its easy to get really pissed off at

this game is about your average birds eye view shooter. you start off with throwing rocks and work your way up through weapons. you also get stonger and faster enemys. the only problem is, that alot of the obstacles can be very annoying due to slippy controls. like the first level when you must jump across the lake by jumping ona lillypad and then jumping to the other side. problem is, your character jumps so fast, your too far ahead of the scrolling camera to see where your going, you try to move foward and jump...splash. theres one life gone. also, you dont get very many hit points, making it easy to die.

but what is very fun is beating the game and starting off at the first level all over agin, exept at double the speed. its fun to sit around with frieds and see who can get the farthest.( and laugh at the guy who always dies on the lilypad in the fisrt level). it is good that they added in weapon upgrades as well. it really helps keep the experience a bit more fresh and gives you somthing to concentrate on throughout the game.

dino riki is a pretty cool character, starting off as a little almost kid, then ending up very muscular and strong, like a super hero, who starts off weak, but trains towards super strength. i guess. its to bad they didnt use more of this character, it had pretty good potential.altogether, i found this to be a good nes game worth lokking into
