Actraiser holds up very nicely considering it came out in 1991. This game mixes RTS with action and also throws some RPG elements into the mix. This game really was ahead of its time. You travel through six lands having to destroy the monsters and rebuild the population. This is where you will spend the majority of the game. There are two fighting levels for each town but they are very short and quite easy, thanks to the magic that you can use on the bosses. Building of the towns is fun at first but can become tedious later on in the game. Luckily though you won't have much time to get bored, you can run through this game in about 6 to 8 hours. The game like I said is fairly easy for a SNES game but the difficulty does ramp up for the last fight. The graphics are pleasing as well as the sound. Overall I recommend a download for Actraiser for just 800 Wii points
