Impressive game!!

I was a PC combat sim player. I used to love that but somewhere in time it start getting too hard to understand, too real and less fun. Or maybe I am just getting old and have no time to read manuals and try missions over and over.

Point is that I got this game from a friend and it was sat for ages on my desk, I was sure that would be waste of time, but last week I tryied and ... man ... thats good, thats really good. I dont remember having that feeling and that joy about fightsims - like since my times with my Amiga 500.

Graphics are good, the feeling of speed is amazing. The missions and action at all really good. And the storyline + cinematics are a bonus that kicks the game to another level. Must say that I would prefer that was a bit more realistic, but that was not the ideia of the game so I will just accept the 60+ missiles :)

And, ground weaponry and effects looks like were added later by someone that did not know much about what he was doining, ground weapons are really lame.

Maybe I did not play enough, but the enemy planes AI is really good, and the differences between good and bad pilots is very clear, some enemies you will have to dance a lot to put down.

Because this game, I am now searching for all the other combat-flight-sim-like games on ps2, I hope there are more like this one.
