It's great that a new Ace Combat game is coming for the PS3 but I'd rather see a PS3 port of AC6 also and/or a remake/re-imagined AC3 complete with its cutscenes. This one feels like a Modern Warfare wannabe. Unless if this game's story? is as amazing as the PS2 Ace Combat games, AC6 will be the last Ace Combat game I'll ever buy. Right now, you've just ruined another great game Namdai!

@policepuppy i owned HAWX for the PS3 becuase around that time there was no Ace Combat for the PS3 and i wanted to play a air combat sim really bad. HAWX is no way better the story line of HAWX was so stupid that it was so hard to even want to care about the story. its so stupid i mean come on what IF the PMC did won what then? just plan stupid Ace Combat never lets me down from Ace Combat 4 to Zero i never get bored of those games. and nothing ever gets me all pumped up to wish to actually fly in a plane into battle

@Unreal2700 Because the Ace Combat series has always been a console game. It just fits the style more, it's arcade style and not realistic. Plus when Ace Combat first came out, tons of flight sims were on the market, it was something that was flooding the PC... at least this was the case in the mid 90's when I first got into PC gaming. I am stoked for this though.

It's about bloody time. They're only so many times I can replay the previous 3 games on PS2.

looked at some of the comments all i have to say is this. If its got half as good a story as AC5 and about as much difficulty AC0 had then I'm happy. trailer looks amazing and as soon as gamestop lets me I'm putting in a full reserve. I don't still have my copy of air combat for no reason the series always has and always will be the best arcade style flight sims on the consoles as far as I'm concerned. just thinking of the H.A.W.X. storyline makes me want to vomit

Looks pretty good, even as a person who never really enjoyed flight games.

come on people the Project Ace never failed us in story telling in any of the Ace Combat games

Finally. I thought ps3 owners would've gotten the xbox360 fires of liberation but that game is 3 years old. This new one looks awesome
