A Decent Turn-Based Game.

Never played a turn-based game before so this is all new to me. The fighting isn't very hard - and sometimes you just want to run away and not fight that group as they're really too easily killed. Still you can always use the leveling up points.

The best part of each kingdom are the puzzles you encounter. (It's important to talk to everyone you meet as they provide the clues you need to get through each kingdom.) There are a lot of mazes you need to get through. I suggest drawing a map of each one. Makes it a lot easier to go back to each place.

I LIKED Liddell. Yeah, she's a brat - but she's also a powerful witch-in-training. And I did like Loue. He's pretty cool for a vampire/mentor. The best part was choosing which doll you will use for help in the battles. Each has their own skills - and they will level up also.

I finished it and enjoyed it very much. Don't know why it was given such a poor review. Yes, the early battles are easy but they do get progressively harder. All in all an excellent game, and one that I'll keep and play over a few more times.
