Help needed for the 'Lightning Quick Strike' Achievement...?

Achievement description: "Score in under 90 seconds to beat the standing record for fastest goal in a World Cup finals match."

What's the best way to go about getting this achievement?

Does the goal need to be scored in the World Cup Finals tournament, or can it be scored in a quick match?

And, does 90 seconds refer to the in game time (i.e. the goal needs to be scored before the in game clock reaches 1:30), or is the 90secs in real time? Because the clock runs very quickly during 4-5 minute matches...
