As a finalist and/or winner of the Third Annual Mobile Entertainment Awards (aka the 2005 Mobies™), you can download artwork of the finalist and/or winner award for use on your marketing materials. To download, please read and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Reference to the award and use of the logo are restricted to advertising, promotion, and packaging of the product or service that won the Mobies award. The award is given to a specific product or service and may not be used in association with any other product or service made or marketed by the winning firm, or any subsequent version of the winning product or service. No other product or service produced by the manufacturer may use the logo unless that product or service has received a separate Mobies award on its own merit. Only the award-winning firm may use the logo; the winner’s right to use the logo may not be sublicensed to any other person.
Reproduction of the Mobies logo must conform to the following specifications. The reproduction must be large enough so that the logo wording is legible and the details distinct. The form, color, proportion, and wording must conform to those of the sample logo you received. The reference must indicate the complete and correct category name for which the award was won. For example, “2005 Mobies Finalist, Best Action Game” is acceptable; “2005 Mobies Best Wireless Game” is not.
Use of the logo in a way that violates any of the above guidelines, or any of the amendments that CNET Games & Entertainment may make from time to time, shall immediately terminate the user’s right to use or refer to the award.
