A decent game that is offset by shortness.

User Rating: 6.5 | 1941: Counter Attack ARC
1941: Counter Attack is a vertical scrolling shooter that consists of 6 levels. The weapons you operate comprises of a standard firearm, rapid machine revolver, three way handgun, and a piercing laser. There is also a power-up that consists of your aircraft having mirages of 3 airliners and a loop that makes you soar in the air and come back with a powerful grenade that eliminates all enemies on the screen. The adversaries consist of a variety of aircrafts, cannons, boats, and city structures. The first phase places you in a peaceful sky excluding the frequent nemesis you encounter. The chief is an aircraft known as Leviathan that assaults you with slow gunshots and spreading bombs. The second scenery positions you in the ocean. The superior known as Bismarck is mostly harmless but has a massive amount of mercenaries protecting it. The third scenario forces you in an aircraft facility. The senior is a gigantic rocket named V3rocket that excels dangerous steams from its rear but the pinnacle is inoffensive. The fourth background has visions of a military setting. The leader is a humongous tank analyzed as Krote that has non-fast gunshots but a deadly laser that shoots from its middle. The fifth scene takes place in a foreboding metropolis. It is the only boundary that does not have a chief. The finale takes place in a grassland. The master is known as Gotha and is reached after a rematch with Leviathan.

My only dilemma with the game is that it is short. If it had a greater quantity of levels it could be an outstanding game. It is best to get this game in an arcade compilation. The reason is because since it does not repeat like additional arcade games, when you endure the whole game, there is really no pivotal reason to replay it. Overall, it makes for a passable game.
