The racing genre is great with games like Burnout 3, Need for Speed: Underground 2 etc. but 187 Ride or Die refreshes the genre with a nice but repettive shooting, basically you go around doing missions with a driver and some person doing the shooting. You pick up guns and health packs on the go and you sabotage the players to make them go behind a bit. It really is quite fun a first but after about 30 or 40 percent through the game it really gets dull. Also the story is really not worth caring about caring about but it's roughly about some fat guy making you, Buck, doing races for him to show Cortez his rival who rules the streets.
It could be worth a rental if your into that kinda stuff. So overall if your like shooting and driving at the same time or you've got a friend to do one of them then 187 Ride or Die is for you.
Also... minefield missions suck!
