i really want this to have a good following online. really enjoyed the wii times and had some good times on xbox. just wondering how many people are getting this on launch day.

friend of mine preordered it. so ill prob as his name also but if it turns out to have a good following online ill prob buy it. im thinking in the beginning its going to be dead because the newness of all the launch games but later on it will prob get some players.

It's a shame this game's getting killed in reviews for PS360. I think the Wii U community for the game should be better than for the other platforms, but with such bad word of mouth, and BO2 launching in direct competition... might be a no go.
That said, I'll still be buying it. If it's really THAT horrible I'll sell it.

Bond has always made more sense to me on nintendo consoles, for one. Secondly, for the most part, a better class of person picks up the 007 stuff and plays it online. Theyre mostly non obsessive regular people that dig bond and thats a big mffin step up from other communities that ruin their respective games.
Maybe its the fact that nintendo doesnt have mics or an easily abused message system, but i've enjoyed goldeneye online a helluva lot more than cod, gow or halo...i find that gamings more fun when i can at least pretend that the person on the other end is as cool as me.

I played this on the 360 and I must say....the campaign is cheesy. BUT the online is really cool. The only downfall is no one played it. If people actually played it, I'm sure it would have a better following. I mean hell...who wants to play team conflict all freakin day. That's the only mode you could find a game in. I have better hopes for the Wii u than I did the 360. Like I said in the beginning it'll be dead I think but everything will start panning out after Christmas.

"Staying true to Bond," what does that mean exactly?
I own all 22 EON films on DVD, several Bond video games, I've seen SkyFall (it's awesome), and have been posting in the Commanderbond.net forums for over a decade. I'm a true fan.
Activision has been nothing but terrible with the license, I didn't think they could sink lower than EA did (at times), but that's all they've done. This game is bombing because it's clearly crap.
