Sure. Still waiting for answers from activision. Jenny the girl there I talked to said level glitch most likely caused by player connection problem. So I guess it is safe for me to friend people again. They are said the would look into the joining friends problem and email me back.
JMY. Jenny at activision goes to gamefaqs sometimes said she reads some of your post. If you get them on the phone they're nice just not that up on 007. I post as soon as I get the response from activision

Who makes a game with clan tags and then all the people who play it can't figure out how to party up.....I Wonder what happens when u wii chat video call a freind when there playing legends with a prompt come up saying u have a call?

Unfortunately it looks like they didn't include it in the Wii U port for whatever reason. The screen that says Public Match and Promotional Code once you log in, on the 360 version has two more options: Private Match and something like Xbox Live friends. Looks like they left out those two options, so I don't know if we get that option.
Looks like a casualty of a port made by a dying developer, but I'll hold out hope that badgering Activision results in some way to do it.
