Enix's first game for the PlayStation2 is an FMV adventure game reminiscent of Digital Pictures' Sega CD titles. It's a live-action digital novel, and players take the role of a male ghost who seeks love to bring himself back to life. The game spans two DVD-ROMs and plays out much as if you're watching a movie. At certain key moments, you have a set number of arrows you can shoot at different girls in the game. When the arrow hits, a text dialogue appears showing what the girl is thinking. If the arrow is shot at the right moment, you may even be lucky enough to see a part of her past as well. There is also a love meter onscreen, and as you shoot more arrows at the right instance, the meter accumulates. When full, the gauge completes one cycle and starts from the beginning of the gauge again. It's expected that the more cycles you complete, the better the outcome at the end of the game. You will have choices to make by pressing buttons to perform an act in a scene. This is one of those games where you need to have an understanding of the Japanese language, and if you are not into Japanese live-action drama and watching Japanese actresses showing off their talents, then you won't be missing much from this title.
