A RPG game that you have to experience for yourself!!!
The story is about a Twin Blade named Kite who on the day that he first logs into The World , his best friend Orca the Blademaster takes him to a dungeon to explore but they soon run into trouble when a powerful monster appears then uses a attack called Data Drain on Orca which causes Kite's friend to go into a coma in the real world.
Soon after he is given the Book of Twilight by the girl in white named Aura which then transforms into a Bracelet on his right hand that gives him the power to use Data Drain and Gate Hacking so now with a few new friends on his team , he must find Aura to ask him on how to get Orca back to normal before the same monster gets it's hand on her.
What I find to be the best part of .hack//Infection is probably all the cool characters that team up with Kite in his adventures to help save Orca as the cast of characters include BlackRose the Heavy Blade , Mistral the Wavemaster , Piros the Heavy Axeman , Mia the Blademaster , Elk the Wavemaster , Natsume the Twin Blade , Sanjuro the Heavy Blade and Gardenia the Long Arm in which each of them are great with his or her own skills in both attacks or magic when exploring with you in the many areas of the game world. There are tons of stuff to do within the game world like collecting items along with weapons and armors , exploring areas , leveling up your party members , raising a Grunty ( you get to ride them on the fields of the areas that you ca go to which is a big help sometimes ) , unlocking cool stuff from the Book of Ryu to have on your decktop outside on the game , battle against monsters known as Data Bugs which were normal monsters that became corrupted by a computer virus to make them more powerful and finally even play a game of tag with some wacky goblins to get rare stuff nowhere else in the game.
This is a true game that any RPG fan or just a fan of gaming should really have in his or her collection.
