Sega and Bandai Fix Date
Yesterday, Bandai Co. Ltd. announced that it will sign a merger agreement with Sega Enterprises Ltd. on May 28. The merger, announced last January, will be completed October 1. The two companies will then be known as SegaBandai. Additionally, earnings reports for both companies have been postponed until May 28th.
